I felt called to start this business because of the need that people have in finding trustworthy, reliable and high quality home repair services. Our goal is to bring you the best service and to build a genuine relationship that goes beyond the work that we do. My wife, Emanuely, and I were married in April of 2022 and we currently reside in Whitesboro. We enjoy playing pickleball and one of our favorite foods is Georgio's Greens.

Andrew holds the following certifications: BPI BA-T, BPI IDL, EPA 608 Universal

I bring over 7 years of energy auditing and construction estimating experience to the team, along with a BPI Building Analyst Professional Certification. My focus is on ensuring every project is safe, efficient, and up to the highest standards.

Outside of work, I enjoy camping and fishing, making the most of the outdoors whenever I can.

I bring extensive Building Performance Institute (BPI) training and a strong background in home performance to the team. I work closely with homeowners by evaluating their home's needs, conducting thorough assessments, and recommending customized solutions to improve comfort, energy efficiency, and overall home performance.

My goal is to help homeowners make informed decisions by providing honest recommendations and ensuring every project starts on the right path. 

I serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients, building meaningful connections, understanding their needs, and coordinating appointments with the appropriate team members. My role is to help ensure that every client receives a smooth, welcoming, and personalized experience from their very first interaction.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me binge-watching a TV series, trying out a new recipe, or cozying up with a good book. I also enjoy spending quality time with my friends and family and making the most of the little moments in life.

I bring several years of remodeling experience and a broad knowledge of building materials to the team. I work on a wide variety of projects, including insulation, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry, with a focus on delivering quality workmanship and dependable service on every job.

I enjoy taking on different types of projects and paying close attention to the details that make a difference. 

I am expanding my knowledge in the home performance field while gaining hands-on experience with energy efficiency projects. I also bring several years of experience in computer science, which has helped me develop strong problem-solving and technical skills.

I enjoy learning new skills and working on projects that help improve the comfort, efficiency, and performance of homes. I live in Clinton, New York, with my family.

I bring over 6 years of electrical experience to our projects. My expertise, attention to detail, and commitment to quality have already helped me make a strong contribution to the work we do.

Outside of the job, I enjoy spending my weekends fishing and camping with my wife.

John holds the following certifications: EPA 608 Universal

I bring over four years of experience in operations and executive support, helping businesses streamline processes and improve efficiency. My role involves overseeing operations, finance, human resources, and events while supporting multiple clients across business, finance, and real estate industries. I focus on building organized systems, managing workflows, and ensuring teams and clients are well supported.

Outside of work, I enjoy reading self-help books, exploring psychology, and listening to personal growth podcasts like Mel Robbins. I am also currently expanding my skills in data analysis, Python, and Excel through weekend classes.

I am a Certified Public Accountant with a strong background in accounting, auditing, financial analysis, and compliance, gained through years of experience in public accounting, government, and private organizations, including U.S.-based companies.

My experience spans the full accounting cycle, including financial reporting, reconciliations, audit support, tax planning, internal controls, and strategic financial analysis. I manage complex financial processes with accuracy and professionalism, and I take pride in contributing to sound financial management and adding value to the team.

As the Marketing Manager, I specialize in crafting content and strategies that connect us with our community and drive business growth. I’m passionate about telling our brand’s story in creative, engaging ways that build trust and lasting relationships.

Outside of work, you’ll find me exploring new cuisines and enjoying quality time with family and friends.
